A few days R&R since the Husky Tri but I thought it was time to get back and start with some easy Ks after work around the park this morning.
A 4.40 first K but started to move freely after that. Did my usual 6k Woollahra loop followed by a flat loop for 10ks all up in 44.08 averaging 4.25s.
Will start to focus a little more now on the running with the hope of finding some form come May time with important 10k and Half Marathon races to test myself.
