Battled to get the morning swim done today as the body was sore
and tired and only got through it knowing I had a massage booked mid morning.
A decent 600m warm up was followed by 2 x 400s and then 3 x
200s made it 2k for the day before a final 200 very slow cool down.
A much needed massage followed and spent 2 hours on the table
whilst all the aches and pains were hopefully eased out. Felt great after and
have now decided that I will run on Sunday. Not racing though and will just
take it easy and possibly run with Renaud (if I can keep up) as he’s practicing
his New York Marathon pacing.
Will be back to the A.B.C tomorrow to end the week with a
swim with the lunchtime crew.
